  1. Step 1: Discovery

    A call to understand your business and goals. Within a few days you get a written scope with a fixed price, a timeline and what we need from you.

    Wireframes first, then visual design. You click through a working prototype and we refine it together before any code is written.

    We build in two-week sprints. You get a private staging link from week one, so you can see progress whenever you like.

    We launch, set up analytics and search, and train your team. After that, a support plan keeps everything fast, secure and up to date.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on scope, so we quote each project after a discovery call. You get a fixed price in writing before any work starts, and it only changes if you ask for something new.

How long will it take?

Most company websites launch in 4 to 8 weeks, mobile apps in 8 to 14 weeks, and custom software in 6 to 12 weeks for a first version. Your scope document includes a week-by-week timeline.

Who owns the code and designs?

You do. Once the project is paid for, the code, designs and accounts are yours. We set up domains, hosting and app store accounts in your name.

Can you work on a site or app someone else built?

Yes. We start with a short review of the code and hosting, tell you what's worth keeping, and then either improve it or plan a rebuild.

What happens after launch?

We stay on for a free two-week fix period. After that, you can choose a monthly support plan for hosting, updates, monitoring and changes, or take everything in-house.

Do you only work with local clients?

No. We work remotely with clients in different time zones, with regular calls and a shared project board so you always know where things stand.
